On-site payment will also be available; however, please be advised that choosing this option may result in waiting times if a high volume of attendees opt to pay at the venue. To avoid potential delays, we recommend using online payment methods.
Kindly ensure that payment is made only after completing your conference registration and receiving a confirmation. Payments made without a confirmed registration will not grant access to the event. In such instances, we will process a reimbursement; however, a €5.00 administrative fee will be deducted to cover associated bank expenses.

This option is also available for those preferring to pay by bank transfer. Please note that all bank transfer payments must be completed by 30 September to allow us sufficient time to verify your payment in our records before the conference.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and in such cases, we are pleased to offer reimbursement of the conference fee for cancellations made before 30 September.
After this date, we cannot accept cancellations or provide reimbursements, as we have to honor commitments made with the conference caterer and venue. However, we always strive to find individual solutions to accommodate your situation and ensure a satisfactory resolution for all parties.
