Mr Álvaro Martín Blanco is part of the Operations and Coordination Division in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Science and Technology Organization (STO) Collaboration Support Ofce (CSO), Paris, France. He graduated from the University of Zaragoza in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He completed an LL.M in Legal Practice at the University of Zaragoza in March 2020 and obtained the Spanish Lawyer’s Professional Title (Título Profesional de Abogado) in July of 2020.
