Joint Air Power Competence Centre (2009-2011)
Gp Capt Dai John is Branch Head of the Combat Service Support Branch at the JAPCC in Kalkar, Germany. The JAPCC provides the Alliance and Nations with innovative and timely advice and subject matter expertise, both proactively and responsively, for the transformation of Joint Air and Space Power. As a Centre of Excellence with a strategic and operational level focus, it offers independent thought, analysis and solutions.
Gp Capt John joined the Royal Air Force in 1986, and has served in a wide range of command and staff appointments in the UK and elsewhere. His operational experience includes Northern Ireland, the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan.
