Lt. Col. E. Meacci is the Space SME of the Concept and Development Branch, North Atlantic Treaty Organisation’s Joint Air Power Competence Centre (JAPCC) in Kalkar Germany. The JAPCC provides innovative and timely advice and subject matter expertise, both proactively and responsively, for the Alliance and Nations. As a Centre of Excellence, with a strategic and operational level focus, it offers independent thoughts, analysis and solutions.

Lt. Col Meacci joined the Air Defence community in September 1988. He has served as an AD Controller, AD Instructor, Radar Squadron Commander, and Air Staff Officer for the last 7 years, dealing with Air Defence, Current Ops, Air Space Management and Special Forces.
