Major Mehmet Bayram, PhD graduated from the Turkish Air Force Academy with a Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering. He has managed several logistics units throughout his Air Force career, focusing mainly on procurement, research & development, and project management. Following his Master’s Degree with the thesis research on ‘Performance Based Logistics’, he earned his PhD in industrial engineering with the dissertation ‘Statistical Arbitrage with Fuzzy Logic’ proposing a novel algorithm and coding a software that utilizes raw time series data of historic asset prices for autonomous transactions. His current research focuses on big data analysis, deep learning and blockchain technologies.
