Dr Michal Krelina is a research scientist at the Czech Technical University in Prague, the Czech Republic, and a quantum security expert in the GOVSATCOM programme at the EUSPA (European Union Agency for the Space Programme). His original background is in high-energy theoretical particle and nuclear physics. Michal is a consultant, analyst, and strategist in quantum technology, emphasizing security and defence applications. His quantum technology research focuses on mapping quantum technology military applications, exploring quantum technology roles in future conflicts, quantum technology risk and threat assessment, and consulting for different departments of NATO and various defence and law enforcement organizations. He has a PhD in experimental nuclear physics.
